Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Andy Anderson fell and broke his hip. He had surgery yesterday and will remain in the hospital about a week. He will then go to a rehab facility. Please keep Andy and the family in your prayers. Please continue to pray for Malfis Morel. She will be placed on a respirator to give the medications time to work and to let her lungs heal. Please pray for peace for her and her continued healing. AJ Grogan's step-mother, Aggie, passed away on Saturday after being on hospice care for about eight months. I have a parastomal hernia. I’m scheduled to talk to my surgeon Jun 3. In the meantime we will be traveling to Charleston on Tuesday for vacation. Please pray that I will be able to find foods I can eat without causing me issues and that we will be able to enjoy our time without a hospital visit.

Malfis Morel is back in the hospital with a relapse of pneumonia. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. My Uncle Royce has come a long way since the end Jan yet he still can’t walk.
He’ll be moved to Assisted Living Wednesday.

Phil will be having rotator cuff surgery this Wednesday. Prayers requested for successful surgery and painless recovery. Gustavo Mondragon was admitted to the hospital with a heart issue. Randy McCallum had emergency hernia repair surgery yesterday. He is at Moses Cone, but they are asking for no visitors at this time due to him being in a lot of pain. Please keep him and Gertrude in your prayers. My niece Kristen Uitenham, who attended FACC while at A&T is being admitted to the hospital today (Sunday 4/28) to have labor induced. She is considered a "geriatric" pregnancy because of her age (35); this is her first pregnancy. She feels fine but is a little nervous. In her words, "praying for a labor free of complications and minimal pain" but is concerned about the labor induction process and effects of medication on baby David. Thank you. Meeting with medical team to plan upcoming thyroid removal surgery due to a malignant biopsy. This was an incidental finding from my fall in December. Malinda Gregory went to the ER at Wake Forest yesterday with severe pain and was admitted. Thankfully no surgery is needed at this time, and she will hopefully go home Friday or Saturday. Prayers in the name of Jesus for dad, Jim Akers, as he deals with extreme back pain.
He will have an MRI Wednesday the 24th.
Thank you so much! Please pray for my father, Randall Noble. He is having a biopsy on Thursday. Please send prayers for Brenda Newman as she is being treated for a fractured hip. She is in pain and undergoing diagnostic testing. The Newman’s do not need food at this time. Please honor their request. Thank you to the elders and Linda for praying for me and my mother. It was comforting to know people care. Please continue to pray. Let’s continue to lift up Sally Ross and her entire family as her sister, Betty, passed away this morning as well as traveling mercies for Hoyt & she as they go up to Pennsylvania. Jennifer Mantle’s surgery has been postponed. Continued prayers are appreciated. Please pray for my son Russell that he would be healed mind body soul
and spirit. Pray that he would receive the anointing of the holy
spirit with wisdom, knowledge and discernment to make good Godly
decisions. Pray that he give his life to the Lord and repent of his
sins and be the man and father that the Lord created him to be. In
Jesus Name Amen Caroline will be having surgery Monday morning to have a cyst near her eye removed. She will be going under general anesthesia at 15 months old. Pray for her and the doctors working with her- that is it quick and safe. Pray it heals well with no long term effects. Our sister & Praise team member,
Jennifer Mantle, is requesting our prayers for her upcoming neck surgery on April 16th - she’ll be having an anterior cervical repair on C 5 & C 6 with a titanium plate which is a 3 hour surgery. Recovery is 3-4 months. Please continue praying for my son Alan Peaslee. Alan has A-fib. He is taking multiple medications, he continues to loose weight in hopes that medications can be adjusted or stopped. He is on short-term disability at this time. Thank you.Kara Warner
