Today’s message will remind us of the importance of what has been called our evangelizing mission. To draw us into that mission, we will take a glance at the four gospels and the unique commission Jesus gives his disciples at the end of each of them (Mark 16:15-16, Luke 24:45-49, Matthew 26:18-20, John 21:17). Through these commissions Jesus helps us understand our purpose and mission as a church family.
