ClosePrayer is one habit worth cultivating. That is true for us individually, and it is true for our communal lives as a church family. Today’s message and worship will bring us to reflect the importance of our devotion to prayer—especially as we think about praying together. Our service this morning will bend around Psalm 32:1-7, as we are reminded of the incredible security we find when we turn to God in prayer. The tempter wants us to hide from God in silence, as he continually reminds us of our sin, shame, and all the things we fear in this life. Psalm 32, however, reminds us to not hide from God; rather, we are invited to hide in God’s presence.
