Children

Friendly Avenue believes that families are the primary discipleship tool for children. Jesus has entrusted the spiritual nurturing of children primarily to parents (Deuteronomy 6:6-7, Proverbs 1:8, Ephesians 6:4).

Friendly Avenue values our children as a vibrant and important part of the body of Christ.  God makes it clear that the minimization of children is not acceptable (Exodus 10:7-11 and Mark 10:14-16). When we live in line with these biblical teachings our church and our families are strengthened.

At Friendly Avenue Church of Christ:
